Planning does not equal Coordinating.
Coordinating does not equal Planning.
Planning + Coordinating are two completely different experiences – and packages!
Most people think of us like J-Lo in The Wedding Planner, or Candice Bergen in Bride Wars. Though that is us sometimes, it’s not us all the time.
Planners are not for everyone, but Coordinators are! We may be a little biased, but it’s our belief that everyone needs a Coordinator on their big day, and we’ve never heard someone say they regretted hiring one.
While Planners are with you every step of the way, Coordinators typically step in the month of the wedding, maybe even a few months before (though we recommend hiring them immediately). Coordinators don’t handle the planning process (hiring vendors, sourcing decorations, etc), Coordinators handle the event itself.
- We’ll contact all of your vendors so we’re all on the same page.
- We’ll create a Wedding Day Timeline that flows.
- We’ll set-up the decor you bring.
- We’ll even handle any issues that arise on your wedding day (and you’ll never even know anything was wrong!).
All-in-all, we’re everyone’s go-to person! Rather than hunting down the couple or relatives, vendors can simply find us so you can thoroughly enjoy your day, start to finish.
Though Coordinators still love giving advice and recommendations leading up to the day, Planners are the ones that hold your hand from saying “yes” to saying “I do.”
Planners can be hired at any point in the planning process, however we always recommend hiring someone as soon as that process begins - they are the professionals, you know!
Planners are available to you whenever you need them.

- We’ll research the best options.
- We’ll attend meetings alongside you.
- We’ll be everyone’s go-to person the entire way through.
J-Lo is always who we strive to be, but in any package you select, you are always in control! (and we won’t steal your fiance!)
You hold the reins on how involved you want us to be. Some prefer to be a part of all of the meetings and decisions while others want nothing to do with it – that’s up to you and we’ll follow suit! Always remember, this is your day, and we’ll create it your way.
