Coordination allows couples to relax and fully enjoy their day without the stress and chaos wedding days can bring.

3 Planning Sessions - includes venue walk-through.
Unlimited consultations via email. Consultations by phone or video call by request and pre-scheduled.

Detailed planning checklist.
Contract review of booked vendors to better understand your day.
Creation of detailed wedding day timeline to be distributed to you and your vendors.
Review ceremony + reception seating.
1 Wedding Coordinator + 1 Assistant onsite.
Up to 10 hours onsite for wedding day.
Set-up + styling of all elements.
Point-of-Contact for all vendors, family, and bridal party.
Distribute bouquets + pin corsages.
Coordinate rehearsal with all bridal party prior to ceremony.
Distribute final payments + gratuities.
Retain marriage license for officiant.

Partial Planning

Partial Planning is perfect for the couple that still wants a hand in the planning process, but may need an experienced hand along the way.

Everything from Luxury Coordination.
5 planning sessions - including venue walk-through.
Personalized vendor options. Allow us to locate + screen vendors for you to create your very own customized vendor list.
Coordinate + manage wedding rehearsal.
Where Day of Coordination typically requires 3 months of contact, Partial Planning will begin at least 6 months prior.
Extra assistance + guidance when questions, problems, or difficult decisions arise.
Access to our mood board portfolio to assist in visualizing your day.
Assist in the design elements.

Attendance of 3 vendor meetings (menu tasting, cake tasting, photography consult, venue tour, etc)
Creation + tracking of personalized wedding budget.
Creation + tracking of personalized wedding checklist.
Monthly progress reports of your checklist + budget.
Manage payment schedule.
